The program offers two layers of mentorship. First, undergraduate students will be paired with MBA mentors, creating opportunities to learn from those with advanced academic and professional experience. Second, underclassmen will be paired with upperclassmen, ensuring that guidance is available at every stage of the undergraduate journey. For example, freshmen will be matched with sophomores, and sophomores may be paired with juniors or seniors.
All applicants are required to complete this form and participate in a short interview. The information they share will help us better understand their background, personal interests, and professional goals. Pairings will be made thoughtfully to maximize the value of the experience for both mentors and mentees.
